CCBA's programs has been its Products Liability Program. For over
80 years, CCBA has managed that program, both providing the
necessary insurance coverage and claims administration, but also
assuring that the reputation of Coca-Cola products is always upheld.
Genesis and Discover Re are the insurers of record with all claims
handled by Marsh/Broadspire and Association personnel. GAIL provides substantial reinsurance coverage. With more than 80 years of experience, the Association has been able to develop the expertise necessary to properly and professionally handle such claims. For more information
